      WHAT IS COMMUNICATION?


          Communication is a process of transfer of information, feelings, ideas, and thoughts of an individual to an individual or group of individuals. communication is a process that involves the communication, messaging and communication tools. Effective communication occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit.  Communication is the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another; it involves a sender transmitting an idea, information, or feeling to a receiver (U.S. Army, 1983).

 Messages can be communicated through gestures and touch, by body language or posture, by facial expression and eye contact.






       WHAT IS TECHNOLOGY?

Technology is the sum of human knowledge, used to charge resources to meet people’s needs and technology making things work better. Melvin Kranzberd defines technology is the application of knowledge and the knowledge of application. And Alvin Toffler defines technology is the great growling of change. The definition adopted technology in schools and institutions learning in Malaysia is the application of scientific knowledge that will benefit and solve human problems encountered in everyday life.

      WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF NON-COMMUNICATION?

Non-communicatioan not require presenter message or recipient of the message.

Non-communication does not require the recipient of the message because the message or the information only for its own use, not to be shared or to be served. for example one of the information recorded in a note book just as a reminder or as info to himself, not to be shared to others.

  Benefits in the use of mobile phones to teenagers is that they can get any information easily and quickly with internet access. by accessing the Internet via mobile phones, they do not have the hassles of getting the required information.

Mobile phone also serves as a communication tool that bridges the relationship between each other. with the function of SMS, MMS, 3G and so on, they can contact the person they want even when they are abroad.

Among others, those who use mobile phones to contact family or their friends no matter where they are. This facilitates them to contact each other in case of emergency.






DISADVANTAGES

 Mobile phones can also have an adverse effect when it is misused. which is used to simulate the exam. using SMS, they can ask questions and shared their answers. they can also surf the Internet for information or answers that they want.

With mobile phones, they can surf the internet without restrictions. if abused, they are likely to surf the Internet for the purpose of unhealthy as surfing pornographic websites etc.

Mobile phones also cost a lot and can also be a waste. practically every day, increasingly sophisticated mobile phones were invented. and when more sophisticated a device the more costs that are incurred to obtain it.





      EFFECT TO THE FUTURE OF THE TECHNOLOGY AND NATION
      
   Technology have helped humans to live on today. help in terms of daily life, in work, society, the economy and the country. if we look at the time, technologies such as mobile phones help us in daily life. help facilitate us to communicate with anyone no matter when and where we are. at one time the phone can only be used to make calls, but at present, with the rapid development in technology, mobile phones can not only make calls, but can send a short message (SMS), can send and receive picture (MMS), video, can access the internet and can make a video call.

How about the technology in the future? technology not only helps us individually but indirectly, the technology also help the country in achieving its citizens who want advanced, united, wise and not fall behind in the modern age. gains can be felt by a country if they have smart people for their wisdom and the knowledge that they will develop the country itself.
